Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, or it arrives defective or damaged, you can return it within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged manufacturers’ packaging.
Items that have been made to order, or ordered especially for you are not included in this policy.

Returning an item.
Please email or call us on 01451 820547 with your order number and address/contact details. We will advise how to send the item back to us and how to obtain your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will normally be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nina@cotswoldgiftgallery.co.uk and we will explain how to to return your items and organise a replacement.
Christmas purchases
Items purchased from 1st November 2022 can be returned for exchange or credit up to 15th January 2023. Normal exclusions apply.
