This 5-inches tall, and 4¾-inches at its widest point, this Orchid Vase was made c.1950 by Walter Moorcroft, and signed with his initials to the base. Expertly tubelined and exuberantly painted, it's a desirable mid-sized piece.

Very Good condition. A little light crazing in the glaze concomitant with age. Moorcroft factory stamp to base (the blurred effect is caused by double stamping).
