In Nicola Slaney’s Sweetness 101/7 vase, a profusion of sweet peas climbs and curls with natural exuberance. Delicate tendrils weave among blooms of rose pink, violet, and cornflower blue, each flower outlined in fine green tubelining and brought to life with painterly shading.

Originally created for the Moorcroft Club’s 30th anniversary in 2017, Sweetness quickly became a modern classic. Set against a pure white ground, its bright, informal composition captures the carefree charm of summer gardens and the nostalgic scent of freshly picked flowers – a design as fresh and uplifting as the blooms themselves.
