Our Clear Cotswold Honey is a rich and delicious polyfloral mix of early flowering plants. The honey comes mostly from oil seed rape, along with apple, dandelion, sycamore and early flowering Cotswold plants. The result is a gorgeous amber honey ideal for spreading.
Our set Heather Honey has a complex range of floral tones that make it very more-ish. It’s slightly less sweet and more tangy than our other honeys.
